UPS Embryo Shipping Tips

• Use only a fully charged nitrogen vapor (“dry”) shipper approved for cryogenic transport.

• Keep the shipper upright at all times during handling and transport.

• Ship embryos via UPS Next Day Air whenever possible.

• Ship Monday–Wednesday to help avoid weekend delays.

• Clearly label the package: “Cryogenic Biological Material – Keep Upright.”

• Include complete embryo inventory and contact information inside the shipment.

• Verify UPS pickup and delivery timing before shipping.

• Send UPS tracking information to the Select Genetix team immediately after shipment.

• Contact Select Genetix before shipping to confirm delivery instructions and availability.

• Add a trackable tag to your tank in case of shipping issues.
